Operation Dudula says the law must take its course after the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) opened a case against it for allegedly causing the death of a one-year-old child by blocking his Malawian mother from accessing a clinic.
Last week, Grace Banda said members of Operation Dudula prevented her from entering the Alexandra clinic to get help for her sick child.
The Gauteng Health Department is investigating the matter.
