Penn State Cross Country Set to Host Spiked Shoe Invitational
The Penn State cross country teams are preparing to host the annual Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational on Friday, Sept. 12 at the Blue & White Golf Courses. The women's 6K race is scheduled for 10 a.m., followed by the men's 5.2-mile race at 10:45 a.m.

The Penn State women's team is currently ranked 15th nationally and third in the Mid-Atlantic region, while the men's team ranks fifth in the Mid-Atlantic region. The competition field includes teams from American, Buffalo, Colgate, Maryland, Monmouth, Penn State, Pittsburgh, St. Joseph's, Syracuse, and Temple.
