Messages between controversial figure, Brown Mogotsi, and KZN police commissioner, Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi have been included as part of evidence submitted to the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry.
Last week Mkhwanazi testified before the commission, sitting at the Brigitte Mabandla Justice College in Pretoria.
Mkhwanazi delivered evidence by way of a prepared statement, referencing hundreds of pages of annexures.
