According to sources, while the women are "bonded by their men," they lack a deep, meaningful friendship.

While the couples occasionally spend time together, an insider told the Daily Mail that "when it comes to Blake’s one-on-one with Sutton, they’ve never had a deep and meaningful friendship." The source further elaborated that there's "no real affinity" between the two actresses, indicating a lack of personal connection beyond their shared association with Reynolds and Jackman.
Contrasting Careers and Public Personas
Both Lively, 38, and Foster, 50, have successful acting careers but in different realms. Foster is recognized for her work in Broadway, while Lively rose to fame in television with "Gossip Girl" and film. A Daily Mail source said Foster is known for tackling much more mature Broadway roles, while Lively shot to fame after starring in the beloved adaptation of the Young Adult novel, "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants," and then as wild child socialite Serena van der Woodsen on the soapy CW show "Gossip Girl."

Both women have also faced public scrutiny. Lively has recently been in the news concerning a lawsuit against Justin Baldoni. Foster, on the other hand, faced rumors of an affair with Jackman following his separation from his ex-wife, Deborra-Lee Furness.
