Man Dies After Shooting in Vancouver's Strathcona Neighbourhood
A man has died after being shot in Vancouver's Strathcona neighbourhood early Tuesday morning. Vancouver Police Department (VPD) officers responded to a call near Main and Union Street around 7:00 a.m. on September 30th, where they found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
Details of the Incident
According to police reports, the victim was immediately transported to a local hospital. Despite medical intervention, the man was pronounced deceased upon arrival. The VPD's Homicide Unit has taken over the investigation.
