JOHANNESBURG - A funeral service is being held for slain Gauteng taxi boss Thamsanqa Moya.
The Gauteng chair of the National Taxi Alliance died in a hail of bullets on the Soweto Highway last week.
The industry blames the government, saying it's culpable for his death because of its poor prosecution record.
But Gauteng Transport points the finger back at operators, who it says are responsible for killings in the sector.
