By rolling out of bed and literally slithering around you'll wake your body up. (Instagram/@melrobbins)
So what does she do on those hard mornings? Well, she slithers.
"It's a really cool somatic method that my therapist @annedavinphd has me doing… and this morning I needed it," she continued.
In the video she demonstrates how she does it and it's really simple.
"Literally just roll out of bed onto the floor, roll and writhe around just embodying that resistance that's inside you and when you feel ready roll onto your hands and knees and start crawling toward the bathroom and at some point you'll feel ready to stand up and the resistance will be gone," she explained.
"I know I know… it's super weird but boy does it work! Let me know if you've tried it."
Now, sure it is unconventional but hey, it definitely will get you out of bed.
"It works," commented one follower.
