SHERWOOD, Ark. — Three men have been arrested and are facing multiple felony charges after they allegedly kidnapped a man in Sherwood, tied him up at a North Little Rock home, and threatened him at gunpoint over a dating dispute, police said.
Robert Ellerd, 54, Jackson Homan, 23, and Charles Homan, 19, are each charged with aggravated robbery, kidnapping, and terroristic threatening after an incident that began in the early morning hours of Sept. 21.
The victim reported being told to stop dating a certain young woman, Sherwood police said. Investigators said the victim told them he was forced into a vehicle in Sherwood and driven to a residence in North Little Rock, where he was tied to a chair.

While detained, the victim claims he was threatened at gunpoint and recalled the men spinning the cylinder of a revolver, according to the police report. The men also allegedly destroyed the victim’s cell phone during the encounter.
Sherwood police stated the victim was eventually released. All three suspects were later taken into custody and are currently being held on a $500,000 bond each, according to jail records.
