Jets Rally to Beat Flames in Pre-Season Shootout
The Winnipeg Jets defeated the Calgary Flames 5-4 in a shootout on Friday night at the Scotiabank Saddledome, erasing a two-goal deficit in the third period. Tanner Pearson scored the decisive goal in the seventh round of the shootout.

The Flames held a 3-1 lead after the first period and a 4-2 advantage heading into the third. However, the Jets mounted a comeback, scoring two goals in the final frame to tie the game. Haydn Fleury, Gustav Nyquist, Alex Iafallo, and Parker Ford also scored for Winnipeg.
