However, the court is now set to tackle presidential power questions head-on, with oral arguments and full decisions expected. Maya Sen, a professor at the Harvard Kennedy School, suggests the court will need to provide detailed reasoning if it grants more power to the executive branch.
Social and Political Issues on the Docket
